Hot temps are back. Best to knockout the run in the AM! 1.5 miles Monday, 1.5 miles Tuesday, 1.5 miles Wednesday, 1.5 miles Thursday, and 1.5 miles Friday. 15 miles total!
Shoe mileage for 2025: 197.4 miles
