Still the same. Busy, busy, busy and more busy. Even had to cut the run down to a 5k.

Busy, busy, busy and more busy. But, still not enough to stop a workout. Ran 3.5 miles.

Busy is the word for today! But, not enough to stop a workout. Ran 3.5 miles with a misty fog to deal with. No worries; it still counts as a workout.

Had a busy weekend but enjoyed a day of rest for the feet on Sunday. Another work week begins with a 4.25 mile run on the treadmill. Thunderstorms and flash flood warnings are in effect in the Metroplex. So, opted to stay indoors.

Completed another 3.25 mile run. Looking forward to resting the feet and kicking back. Lawn is done but still have some paperwork to complete. Regardless, it is the weekend.

Nice weather this morning! Completed a 4.25 mile run, taking a leisurely route. Great start of the work week. Productive weekend with a lot of the "honey do's" changed to "honey done's"!

Rest day today. Time to recharge for the week ahead. Started the rest day early by hitting a local pub last night for live Blues music.

Had pizzas and margaritas while listening to the Buzz Andrews Band. They put on a great show, and left full and properly buzzed.

This morning fished a couple of local ponds. Came away with nothing at one; landed three Bass at the other.

Going to have to put in some extra mileage to burn off the "mass quantities" consumed this weekend. Oh well!

Completed a 5k run this morning. Looks like more rain today but may clear later this afternoon. Off to testing, and then working on some errands. Fun, fun, fun.

Over the weekend decided to started a new blog called "While You Are Dining". Started it to post information about recommended foods from the local eateries in our area.

Ran 5 miles this morning, now ready to enjoy the Easter weekend. Got a few things to do around the house. Else, plans are to watch a movie or two and fish the local ponds, again. Staying motivated and active!

Cold morning that took temps down to freezing. Luckily not near as cold as originally forecasted. Vegetable garden seems to have weathered the freeze. Did complete another 3.5 mile run. Staying motivated and active!

Rest day, hooray. No running this morning. Good thing as it is cold with temps in the high 40s and a lot of wind. That said, went out and fished a few ponds in the area. Some success in a creek by one of the city parks - see weblog for more details.
