New week but a shorter one for some due to the 4 July Holiday. Back at running scripts again but did complete a 4.1 mile run. Cooler temps than the other day; must be a cool front!

Day of rest today when it came to running but have a lot of work related things going on that is making for a short weekend. That said, was able to finish up a HubPage article about fishing Denison Dam's tailrace. Check it out when you get a chance, there is more to staying active than running and working! Tuesday, Tuesday, .... Ran a 5k. More work and things but did write a Squidoo Lens Article - "Surfcasting Without The Surf". Article talks about using surfcasting gear in area lakes and reservoirs for fishermen located too far away from the ocean.

Busy weekend already, throw in work related things, and Monday will soon be here. But, the lawn is mowed and trimmed, and I closed-out a few deliverables from work. And, even knocked out a noon-day run. Hot and humid outside but went slow and easy to complete a 3.25 mile run.
