Week 3 and Week 4 blew by but not my workouts... 1.5 miles Monday, 1.5 miles Tuesday, 1.5 miles Wednesday, 1.5 miles Thursday, and 1.5 miles Friday... twice over!
Shoe mileage for 2025: 104.2 miles
