Workout week is DONE AGAIN! Stretched it out and ran more... also ate more. 4.0 miles Saturday, 4.2 miles Sunday, 4.2 miles Monday, 3.5 miles Tuesday, 3.1 miles Wednesday, 3.1 miles Thursday, and 4.2 miles Friday and then back to Saturday with 2.0 miles!

Shoe mileage for 2018: 309.9 miles
