November 5, 2010 (Again!)

4 miles again this "Friday" day! Made a mistake and put the wrong date in
yesterday's post. That said, today is looking really nice with temps in the
low 40's and highs forecasted in the 60's later. Slight breeze and lots of
sun makes for a great Fall day!

Shoe mileage for 2010: 1104.0 miles
Daily Push-Ups: 75
Daily Sit-Ups: 100
