Saturday morning long run... completed 13.1 miles for a half-marathon.  Tough go with the wind and a lot aches and pains but gutted it out in 2:17:40... Stayed motivated, stayed active,... but ready for tomorrow's rest day.
 
Shoe mileage for 2010: 352.7 miles
Daily Push-Ups: 60
Daily Sit-Ups: 100
