4 miles again today.  Staying motivated and active, just need to break the routine up.  Decided to start up a membership with Family Video, a video rental chain with a store down the road from me.  Great selection of movies at a reasonable price.  Liking it and have posted movie reviews on a partner blog - Jerry's Movie Reviews!
