Slight delay in posting this weekend. Other things happening - Deer Season! That said, took a day of rest on Saturday. Tough to run in hunting gear, still a good workout but does not count toward the running log. So, on return from the Lease, completed a 4.1 mile run - I know, I know, I know,.... staying motivated, staying active, still running slow.
