Cold morning to start the week.  Completed a 4 mile slow paced run.  All work and no play but keeping motivated!
 
Kids did well in their Track Meet despite strong winds and cold temperatures.  Daughter cleared a new height PR in the pole vault (10 feet).
 
Shoe mileage to date:  194.00 miles
